Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program is operated by Triad.  These resources are available to all employees. Learn more about Triad resources here. 

NEW 10/2023: Triad has merged with AllOne Health and now offers a new member portal to:

Although you do not have to register to access, resources, they would like you to sign up. Learn more about what’s available here with instructions to set it up here or read on below. You can also watch this video.

  • Go to website: www.triadeap.com
  • Choose Members
  • If you’ve never had an account: At bottom in blue, choose Sign Up if you’ve never set up an account with Triad previously. You will use your email address, create your own own password, and use the employer code: ski-co. You will receive an email from [email protected]. Follow the link to finish your registration and then log in to access resources.
  • If you had an account previously: enter the email and password associated with that old account. Follow any further steps then log in to access all resources.
 
Once you log in, you’ll receive a monthly email of resources from AllOne Health.

Phone: 877-679-1100 8am to 6pm MST Monday through Friday plus 24-7 on-call crisis therapist.

The Triad website includes diverse resources on topics such as:

    • Up to 5 counseling sessions covered at no cost to eligible employees
    • Telehealth opportunities
    • Legal & Financial Help including a free 30- minute phone or in-person consult with a lawyer plus access to downloadable legal forms.
    • 24-hour Crisis Support
    • Online webinars on topics ranging from emotional wellness and anxiety to healthy relationships to financial well-being and childrearing.
    • Separation & Divorce Counseling

Seasons Greetings,

Just a friendly reminder of the resources available to you and your staff through your Assistance Program. These resources are tools for you as a leader of the organization. We understand that mental health is a crucial part of whole health, and we are committed to providing your organization with the resources you need to prioritize it.    

2024 Webinars,Trainings and Benefits: Whether looking to improve stress management skills, address work-life challenges, or simply want to learn more about mental health, our webinars are an excellent resource. In particular, we are highlighting our monthly webinars and training courses led by our team of mental health professionals, covering all areas of whole health and well-being. Specific training topics can be requested or found in our training catalog. Additionally, training courses can be modified to address certain needs within the organization.

Connecting with a Counselor: Our priority is to make it easier for employees and/or their families to be matched with a counselor that meets their needs. Employees may have noticed the online Provider Search has been removed from our website. While we recognize some will miss the autonomy of the search, we found that as our network grew in size many were overwhelmed by the list.  Employees can now open a case by calling our intake team at 877.679.1100, completing an online form, or initiating a chat through the Member Portal.  Our compassionate and professional intake team will assess their situation and connect them with a counselor who has availability to schedule them in a timely manner.  

Member Portal: The member portal is now available to all employees. This self-help tool allows employees to create their own login credentials so they can easily bookmark thousands of articles, take health assessments, complete online soft skills courses, view webinars and much more. This is a new approach to our digital connection with your employees. To create their account, members will:

  • Select “sign-up” on the triadeap.com homepage.
  • Enter the company code:  ski-co
  • Enter their preferred email address. This will become their login name after completing the registration process.
  • Create a password of their choice.
