Our first payroll in the new system has been completed. Direct deposit slips are now located in the Employee Self Service in Kronos. You can access this from anywhere there is an internet connection. The website is myhr.aspensnowmass.com or from the regular Kronos website that you have used in the past to request PTO or manage or view timecards. This is accessible using single sign on. For employees that work on a network computer, you simply use the same username and password that you use to login to your computer. For employees that don’t use a network computer, you would use the same login and password you have used in the past to either login to Kronos, the ASC benefits site, or Smart Recruiters. If you have never used any of these websites and don’t have a network computer, you would simply use your employee id for the user name and the password is your birthday and last four digits of your social security number. (Example: mmddyyyy####)
It will prompt you to reset your password at that time.
If you have any issues, please reach out to the IT Help Desk.
Once you have successfully logged in, you should see a page similar to below:
You will now have additional items to view. To get to Employee Self Service, you would select Click here to access your Kronos HR dashboard under the Kronos HR tile. If you do not see the Kronos HR tile, select the Gear icon on the top right off the screen, if you hover over it, it is called Tile Library. This will bring up a content list as seen below:
You are able to choose what you want on your landing page through selecting the tiles you want. For this purpose, click the icon that says Kronos HR and then click Apply. Once you have access to the tile, then you will be able to click on the tile to access your Kronos HR dashboard. This will open up a new browser, so you can easily move back and forth between the Time and Labor system and the Employee Self Service.
To view your pay statement, you can either use the quick link called Pay Statement or select My Pay. This will take you to a screen that lists your paycheck stubs. Disregard the test stubs for April 30th, your pay statement for 5/14/2021 should be located on the top left. Click Pay Statement. This will take you into the detail of your pay stub.
For those who do not have direct deposit, you can still view your check stub in this portal at any time. Your paychecks will be delivered through the regular distribution process. Although, we highly encourage you to set up direct deposit.
You can also update your withholdings, your direct deposit, emergency contact and address through Self Service. Simply select HR Actions. This will bring up a menu of options to change as seen below.
Select the change you want to make by clicking Start on the right hand side of the screen. Fill out the information and submit.
We hope you enjoy this new tool to access and update your information. We will be continuing to add to the employee self service in the future, but just wanted to get you started with the basics. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. For paycheck inquiries, please reach out to email@example.com.
