Employee Stay Program

Aspen One offers various hotel stay benefits to eligible employees (Aspen Hospitality, Aspen Skiing Company, ASPENX, and corporate employees). For the program overview,  click here.

Please note these restrictions: This program is not a guarantee of discounted lodging to employees. The Employee Stay program is an added perk when business and availability dictates. The hospitality reservations department manages the availability for this added perk. They use a number of factors to determine availability including current bookings, forecasted bookings, and employee limits. Available inventory is released between 14 – 45 days in advance depending on hotel occupancy levels. Busy time periods and holidays will have a shorter booking window while slower time periods will have a longer booking window. We encourage employees to continue to check back as the reservations department may open more rooms. Employees are able to use a combination of these rates to extend any particular stay should the business and bookings allow. Employees must be actively employed at the time of their stay.

Employee Comp Stay

All full-time employees are eligible to receive 2 complimentary nights per year (or up to 4 nights if hotel is in another state from your home work location).

This benefit takes effect after:

  • One year as a full-time, year-round employee
  • Two years as a full-time, seasonal employee

Participating properties for this benefit include: The Little Nell Aspen, Limelight Snowmass, Limelight Aspen, Limelight Ketchum. The employee must be physically staying in the room to qualify for this benefit. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Step 1: Read through this process in entirety before booking to ensure your request is properly submitted. If not, it may be denied.

  • If rooms are available on the requested dates, a credit card will be required at time of booking for incidentals.
  • Requests for arrival on a Sunday or Monday must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival date. All other requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival date.
  • Requests may be approved as late as one day prior to arrival.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a signed/approved confirmation form back from HR. You must bring this form with you to check-in at the hotel.
  • Upon check-in at the hotel for an approved stay the Employee will be required to verify their acceptance of the program guidelines by signing the Employee Stay Guidelines form.

Step 3: Your request must be approved by both the hotel and HR

  • Once your request has been submitted you will receive an email outlining the details of your reservation request. HR will then verify your employment status and eligibility. Employees who have given notice to leave the company are not eligible for this benefit.
  • HR will let you know by email whether your request has been approved or denied along with the approved form to present at check-in (this can be presented digitally or printed out).
  • If you do not hear from HR, your request has not yet been approved.

Employee Rate Discount

All active employees are eligible to receive two (2) discounted nights per year at our hotel properties. Rates vary based on specific property and season but start at a rate of $195 for The Little Nell and $95 for Limelight Hotels. If you do not see this rate in the booking engine, it is not available. The employee must be physically staying in the room to qualify for this rate. Contact  [email protected] with questions.

Friends & Family Rate Program

All active employees are eligible to offer these rates to close friends and family. Rates vary based on the specific property and season. Active employees may also use this code for personal use. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Food & Beverage Bonus

All employees visiting our hotel outlets will receive a 20% discount on Food and Beverages.  This is for all people in the party up to a maximum of 8 people.  This does not pertain to catering or banquet events. Discount is only applicable when the employee is present. The F&B charges must be charged to the employee’s guest room folio in order to receive the discount.

The Ojai Valley Inn

The Ojai Valley Inn is located near Santa Barbara in Ojai, California. ASC and OJAI have a mutual benefit offering for employees.  Any active full-time employee is eligible for five nights per year at a discounted employee rate of $125.00.  Employee rates are dependent on hotel occupancy/availability. These reservations are handled directly by e-mailing Madison Davidson at [email protected] the Ojai Reservation Request Form located below. Please note: Employees cannot request reservations more than 30 days in advance.
