New Employee Uniform Process

We distribute over 21,000 uniform pieces to employees annually, including our current uniforms which have the singular honor of being the first ski industry uniforms actually designed and developed BY a ski area operator to ensure they meet the needs of our employees (Learn More). 

 Two things to note:

  1. This process is primarily for Aspen Skiing Company mountain operations. If you are in hospitality, please check with your manager about uniform needs.
  2. You will need to bring your Employee Ski Pass (Aspen Card) to your uniform fitting. You MUST have your pass in-hand before you come to pick up your uniform, so plan ahead! Processing your pass can sometimes take a few days. You may receive your pass either at onboarding or you’ll be provided instructions by HR on how to pick it up. Be sure to leave time to do so.

To receive your employee uniform, please follow these steps:

  1. Employee Pass. Get your Employee Pass first. HR should instruct you on this at Onboarding.
  2. Check in with your manager to ensure you were on the uniform roster that your manager submitted. If you were not on that roster, you will not be given a uniform.
  3. Good to go? Please email [email protected] or call 1 970-925-1627 to arrange any uniform pick-ups or exchanges. We are available M-F from 6:00am-12:30pm to assist with any uniform issues.
  4. Read the ASC Uniform Policy Acknowledgement to ensure you understand the expectations around your uniform. 
  5. Bring to your fitting: When you come in, please bring your employee ski pass and a credit or debit card. You will not receive a uniform without these.
  6. Wear to your fitting: To ensure proper fit, you should wear the typical base layers that you would underneath your uniform. Please note: there are no changing rooms available.
