Uniform Laundry Instructions

You are responsible for wearing and maintaining a clean uniform in good condition!

It is recommended that you treat your clean uniform with a water repellant product. We suggest Nikwax or Scotch Guard Heavy Duty (for outdoor fabrics). **Other cheaper products have discolored the fabric.

Pretreat extra dirty and stained areas with a laundry pre-wash/stain remover. (Persil Laundry Detergent or a small amount of Dawn Dish Detergent, a toothbrush, and a little elbow grease are recommended to remove stubborn spots).

Jacket & Insulator: Unzip and empty all pockets, loosen drawstrings, Velcro, and unzip vents. Wash the jacket inside-out. Wash jacket & insulator in warm, NOT HOT, water. Dry on medium or low setting. When the inside of the jacket is almost dry, turn it right-side-out and finish drying. Be patient, the pieces take a while to dry.

Pant: No need to turn the pants inside-out. Just unzip & empty pockets & unzip vents. Wash in warm, NOT HOT, water and tumble dry at a medium to low heat. Be patient, the pieces take a while to dry.

Lift grease got you on the lift ride? Blot extra grease as soon as possible so it does not spread. Use Persil Laundry Detergent or Dawn Dish Detergent (sparingly), scrub with toothbrush, and soak for 15 minutes before you wash in warm, not hot, water. If this does not completely remove the stain, contact [email protected].
